Website Redesign
Rakuten Rewards’ B2B business was undergoing a brand revamp, which included a complete website overhaul. When the internal team encountered roadblocks, they brought in WHM for assistance. I led this project, overseeing everything from art direction, responsive web design, and digital production to development prep and QA on the live site. I also had the privilege of being the main creative point of contact with the client, presenting work throughout the process along with collaborating directly with their internal creative team.
The goal was to strategically stay within a limited budget while producing effective, reusable designs and ensuring a simple, intuitive user experience and straight forward development. I collaborated closely with our production lead to implement modular styles and elements, streamlining the development of key pages, case studies, and a blog system that would be easy for their team to maintain and update.
